Role
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities Process Optimization & Digitalization
- Analyze current processes to identify Lean optimization opportunities, with a strong focus on customer experience (reports, data analysis, graphical presentations).
- Support the digitalization of repair process steps and test new tools in pilot environments.
- Collect and evaluate data to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Prepare progress reports on KPIs, improvements, and project milestones.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align on initiatives and ensure smooth rollouts. ICS (Internal Control System)
- Contribute to achieving 100% closure of audit findings through follow-up and corrective actions.
- Monitor process execution and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- RCL (Regional Competence Level) Support pilots in Argentina (AR) and Colombia (CO). Assist with updates in the RCL process and SP Pricing process.
