Responsibilities
Intern Hospitality Operations & Sales
As a Hospitality Operations & Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across different areas of hotel and resort operations. This role is designed for curious, motivated individuals who want to build a broad foundation in the hospitality industry while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting Front Office operations: guest check-in/check-out, concierge services, reservations, and guest relations.
- Supporting Customer Coordination in the Spa & Wellness
- Assisting Food & Beverage teams in restaurants, bars, banquets, and events.
- Engaging with the Housekeeping department to ensure service quality and room standards.
- Supporting Spa, Wellness, or Leisure activities
- Collaborating with Sales & Events teams on guest engagement, marketing, and special functions.
- Learning and applying brand standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
What we are looking for:
- Passion for hospitality, service, and international guest interaction.
- Degree in Global Hospitality & Tourism Management or equivalent degree/experience.
- Adaptability and willingness to rotate between different departments.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Cultural awareness and openness to learning in a diverse environment.
