Intern  Hospitality Operations & Sales

As a Hospitality Operations & Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across different areas of hotel and resort operations. This role is designed for curious, motivated individuals who want to build a broad foundation in the hospitality industry while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting Front Office operations: guest check-in/check-out, concierge services, reservations, and guest relations.
• Supporting Customer Coordination in the Spa & Wellness
• Assisting Food & Beverage teams in restaurants, bars, banquets, and events.
• Engaging with the Housekeeping department to ensure service quality and room standards.
• Supporting Spa, Wellness, or Leisure activities
• Collaborating with Sales & Events teams on guest engagement, marketing, and special functions.
• Learning and applying brand standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Degree in Global Hospitality & Tourism Management or equivalent degree/experience.
