Role

Responsibilities
  • Support event planning and logistics, including venue setup, suppliers, and scheduling.
  • Assist in communication and coordination with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Prepare event materials such as programs, badges, and signage.
  • Provide administrative support through emails, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Assist on-site during events with registration, guest reception, and coordination tasks.
  • Contribute to ensuring smooth execution of all event activities.

Working hours

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Saturday

9:00 am - 2:00 pm
