Role

Responsibilities
  • Establish strong business relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements of products with suppliers.
  • Identify and maintain efficient suppliers.
  • Generate purchase orders, specifying delivery times, validity of the offer, payment methods, and warranties.
  • Oversee the reception of raw materials and supplies.
  • Contact suppliers in case of receiving products that do not meet the requirements established in this document or that lack proper documentation.
  • Record all supplies received in the accounting system.
  • Deliver the corresponding documentation to the accounting department.
  • Process liquidation and payment of each import.

Monday to Friday

8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Saturday

6:00 am - 2:00 pm
