Role

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of Cross-Border Solutions shipping products
  • Identify and analyze business processes to be improved (together with owners)
  • Mock-up and create solutions to improve IT and operational implementation processes
  • Advise and consult stakeholders for a better and faster customer onboarding
  • Track project schedules, performance and PowerBI reports on customer implementations
  • Be a support to CBS countries with regards to problems and questions regarding customer onboarding
  • Support the partner management and the onboarding of software vendors

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
