Responsibilities
Support and develop B2B customer relationships in construction, mechanical, industrial, electrical, or energy projects. Actively take part in the sales process, from first contact to offer submission and order follow-up. Use engineering knowledge to understand customer technical needs and help prepare correct commercial offers. Support key customers with technical requirements. Attend client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events when required. Keep customer and sales data updated in CRM and ERP systems.
