Role
● Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Conçu's product categories and detailed
offerings, including Desserts, Beverages (with a focus on the coffee program),
Cakes, and Food.
● Greet and welcome guests promptly, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere at
all times.
● Assist guests with table allocation, ensuring they are comfortably seated.
● Guarantee guests are attended to and serviced within established timeframes.
● Maintain an in-depth understanding of the menu and presentation standards.
● Confidently address guest inquiries regarding the menu, ingredients, and
preparation, and assist with menu selection.
● Ensure consistent service techniques are being applied to serve food and
beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism.
● Deliver food courses and beverages to guests accurately and efficiently.
● Set up tables according to event type and established service standards.
● Llaise with the kitchen team regarding menu questions, preparation times, and
product availability.
● Communicate guests' special meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and
other requests to the kitchen.
● Check in with guests throughout each course to ensure satisfaction with both
food and beverages.
● Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, including china, glassware, and utensils,
throughout the shift.
● Present guests with accurate final bills and process payments efficiently and
courteously.
● Ensure that the restaurant is consistently organized, neat, and meets
cleanliness standards.
● Uphold brand standards and consistently implement company SOPs in all
service aspects.
● Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve the restaurant's
highest operational and service potential.
● Complete all daily shift responsibilities as assigned.
● Carry out all closing duties, including restocking supplies, turning off
equipment, and securing the premises.
● Take an active role in coaching, mentoring, and developing junior staff
members
Perform any additional food and beverage service tasks
assigned by management.
