Role
Responsibilities
- Sensory Exploration
- Hands-on activities with textures, colors, sounds, and nature to build awareness and creativity.
- Early Literacy & Story Time
- Daily storytelling, singing rhymes, letter recognition games, and interactive reading corners.
- Fine Motor Skill Building
- Arts & crafts, puzzles, block building, and bead threading to strengthen little hands.
- Gross Motor Adventures
- Outdoor play, obstacle courses, dancing, and group movement games to build balance and coordination.
- Social-Emotional Growth
- Circle time discussions, role play, and feelings games to help children express emotions and build empathy.
- Monthly Learning Themes
- Creative, engaging monthly themes (e.g., Under the Sea, Community Helpers) with projects, dress-up days, and related activities.
- Special Events & Celebrations
- Holiday activities, cultural days, parent-involved events, and garden explorations.
- Curiosity & Exploration through Play
- Discovery corners, science experiments, building projects, and free play to spark imagination.
