Role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers during their visit.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Support the sales team with daily tasks.
- Prepare offers, quotations, and invoices.
- Keep sales records and update customer databases.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments.
- Organize and maintain product displays or catalogs.
- Coordinate with logistics and accounting for order processing.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other administrative duties.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
