Role
Responsibilities
- Program Delivery and Project Management: Ensure the effective delivery of development programs by applying project management principles, overseeing timelines, resources, and achieving established learning objectives.
- Content Creation for Learning Platforms: Develop engaging and interactive educational materials tailored to participants needs, enhancing the overall learning experience.
- Leadership Training Development: Design and implement leadership training programs that promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- SharePoint Design and Management: Create and maintain Learning and Development SharePoint sites, ensuring employees have easy access to essential resources and information.
- Enhancing Communication within Regional HR Teams: Implement strategies to improve communication and collaboration across regional HR teams, fostering a more cohesive work environment.
