The company provides comprehensive consulting services to hospitals and healthcare companies from a wide range of perspectives, including management strategy, organizational human resources, financial accounting, M&A, business succession, risk management, and systems. It is one of the most comprehensive consulting firms in Japan capable of supporting hospital management.
Role
Responsibilities
- Understanding the companys history and basic consulting skills.
- Presenting the culture of the participants home country and exchanging Japanese culture.
- Learning about the accounting consulting industry and its methods, as well as the economic relationship between Japan and India.
- Researching the current status of Indian companies' expansion into Japan.
- Conducting marketing research on the problems that arise when Indian companies attempt to enter the Japanese market.
- Receiving feedback from the instructor and improving the research.
- Analyzing and examining the challenges faced by Indian companies entering the Japanese market, considering what kind of support can be provided as an accounting consultant, and developing specific policy proposals as part of a non-practical exercise.
- Learning about marketing and deepening knowledge by participating in an academic seminar hosted by AIESEC
- Writing a report on what has been learned during the internship and giving a presentation.
