Role
- Strategic scenario design
Lead the creation and refinement of realistic crisis simulations tailored to organizational risks and
geopolitical contexts. Ensure scenarios incorporate AI-driven insights and meet client
preparedness objectives.
2. Training program development & delivery
Co-develop and deliver modular training programs featuring immersive, AI-enhanced crisis
exercises, adapted to client maturity and needs. Oversee session planning and quality
assurance.
3. Client engagement, content development & cross-functional collaboration
Engage regularly with clients to tailor crisis scenarios to their specific risk environments. Support
content creation using AI-generated multimedia and collaborate closely with crisis management,
security, and commercial teams to ensure integrated, client-focused service delivery. Assist
commercial teams in aligning solutions with client needs and business goals.
4. Mastery of internal simulation platform & technology integration
Become a proficient operator of our proprietary digital crisis simulation tool, using it to design and
deliver highly realistic and interactive crisis scenarios. Research and integrate new technologies
and AI applications to continuously enhance simulation immersiveness and relevance.
5. AI innovation, compliance & research
Explore and implement emerging AI technologies to enrich simulation content and realism,
including AI-based image and video generation. Ensure full compliance with legal frameworks
governing AI use, data protection, and intellectual property in all simulation activities.
6. Administrative backup & operational support
Serve as the administrative backup and provide daily operational support to the Crisis
Management Consultant based in SEU and the Senior Crisis Management Lead Europe & Africa,
ensuring continuity of service delivery and effective coordination of practice activities.
