Role
- Analyze compensation and benefits packages, propose improvements, and present them to leadership.
- Conduct process improvement case studies in talent allocation and recruitment, leveraging AI tools to propose solutions.
- Investigate workforce metrics such as pay distribution, diversity ratios, and generational breakdown, including industry benchmarks.
- Compile final reports comparing Japanese HR strategies with the participants home countries practices and share their learnings with colleagues.
-Attend an academic seminar hosted by AIESEC featuring university professors to deepen HR knowledge and present the achievements of the internship.
- Present and write reports on the results of the internship research.
- Receive feedback from the company.
- Summarize key learning in a final report.
