Responsibilities
  • Get hands-on with the recruitment process: help us post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and participate in the interviewing process;
  • Keep our applicant tracking system in tip-top shape and ensure all data is accurate;
  • Research talent trends and discover new ways to attract top candidates;
  • Showcase what makes DHL an amazing place to work;
  • Be a key player in onboarding new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and ready to shine;
  • Collaborate with our awesome HR team on cool projects and initiatives. This year, a new Candidate Management IT System will be implemented, you can support the business with this change management initiative.
