Role
Responsibilities
1. Payment-related: purchase orders, NONPOs, invoicing tracking.
2. Management of internal tools such as Salesforce and SAP.
3. Conduct events with the internal agency, from requesting and tracking events to their implementation.
4. Work directly with suppliers of promotional materials, stands, and designs.
5. Support in the review of business unit materials.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
