Role

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with and support colleagues in Culture & Development Team, where subjects are around People Development, Performance Management, Leadership, DEI, Well-being, Culture & Engagement
  • Support new, group-wide talent management initiatives in collaboration with business leaders and HR
  • Support events, workshops and activities (e.g. for key talents)
  • Coordinate tasks to collect, analyze and visualize learning and talent data, e.g. from Surveys or Learning databases
  • Coordinate tasks within the implementation of a new performance management approach
  • Create, edit and or consolidate management presentations and communications
  • Manage projects on your own reporting to the Culture & Development team

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
