Role

Responsibilities

- Developing tactical and operational plans to implement high-reach and relevant campaigns, increasing the company/startup's presence on social media;

- Executing development plans for digital brand positioning campaigns, continuously converting the data necessary for campaign success within the company;

- Producing advertising and publicity campaigns on social media, using graphic design platforms such as Photoshop & Illustrator;

- Developing a marketing metrics dashboard for reporting and continuous improvement and adjustments necessary for campaign success;

- Continuously utilizing digital tools for complete execution, such as Google & Facebook ADS, LinkedIn ADS, and email and newsletter automation tools.

What Onfly looks for in a candidate:

- Interest in automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, RD Station, or similar);

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and growth strategies;

- Analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and metrics;

- Proactivity and a desire to learn in a dynamic and challenging environment.

- Native or fluent English. We have no restrictions on candidates from different countries, as long as they fit the criteria!!
