Role

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure full satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience
  • Support business operations and ensure smooth communication with clients
  • Assist in customer service-related reporting and administrative tasks

Working hours

Monday to Saturday

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
