Role
Responsibilities
GPV Learning:
- Learn and support how to develop, implement, and maintain a Learning Strategy to ensure GPV staff have a robust and efficient training plan to enable their day-to-day activities.
- Management of shared mailboxes
- Maintain training matrices (creation, withdrawal, and updates of training and curriculum)
- Revise and perform periodic review of GPV training matrices and collaborate with stakeholders
- Provide support for implementation of training strategies and guiding Document Owners and Line Managers
- Review of Business Processes notifications
- Review and reconciliation of training documents
- Review and escalate PV training compliance
Deviation management:
- Gain experience on the fundamental principles of deviation management such as root cause investigations, corrective actions plans, etc.
- Support deviations to ensure UCBs Pharmacovigilance processes are improving
- Support PV deviation investigation
- Participate to deviations meetings
- Support deviation trending analysis
Other:
- Learn about UCBs Pharmacovigilance Quality Management and contribute to activities supporting the oversight of the PV system
- Maintain the PV process map in collaboration with the SMEs and the Business Processes team
- Support for PV Quality Council meeting management
- Project management of the vendor supplier training revision
- Act as back up support for GPV Quality activities as assigned (e.g. mailbox management)
- Support other assigned GPV Quality activities (e.g. PV-RIN, SRO, Deviation, Compliance etc.)
- Support audits and inspections as assigned
