Role
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Project Planning: Support tin developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring Project Progress: Help track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget. This may involve updating project management software and reporting on progress.
- Risk Management: Support the identification and assessment of project risks. Help develop mitigation strategies and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project logs. Ensure that all relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in communicating with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors. This may involve scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
- Updating project portfolio dashboard and SharePoint
