Responsibilities
- Country Visits & Customer Engagements: Coordinate and communicate key takeaways and stories from country visits and customer interactions.Internal Communications Strategy: Design and execute a global internal comms strategy tailored to the needs of a diverse, multicultural product development team.
- Community Management: Foster a vibrant and inclusive product community across 33 countriesfacilitating knowledge sharing, collaboration, and engagement.
- Strategic Initiative Communication: Translate complex strategic initiatives into clear, engaging communications that resonate across all levels of the organization.
- Product Launches & Updates: Partner with product managers to communicate product launches, updates, and roadmaps in a way that excites and informs.
- Content Creation: Develop newsletters, internal blog posts, presentations, videos, and other creative formats to keep the internal (and some times external) audiences connected and informed.
- Country Visits & Customer Engagements: Coordinate and communicate key takeaways and stories from country visits and customer interactions.
- Event Support: Support internal events, town halls, and virtual meetups with engaging content and communications.
