Role

Responsibilities
  • Understanding human resource management of the host company through receiving explanations from instructors
  • Learning features of human resource management and recruitment market
  • Analyzing human resource strategy related to previous business strategy
  • Experiencing recruitment promotion that wont get to be practiced
  • Receiving feedback from instructors and improving the learning
  • Participating in an academic seminar hosted by AIESEC in DOSHISHA UNIVERSITY to deepen knowledge and make the learning established
  • Preparing for final report and presentation
