Role

Responsibilities

Support recruiting tech and process activities (testing, privacy-related and other tasks)

  • Drive updates for recruiting guides and create appealing visuals documentation as needed
  • Support Phenom Career site management (CMS) and Employer Branding Lead's revamp project
  • Assist with learning technology operations, data strategy, and performance
  • Manage instructor data cleanup to ensure accuracy in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Handle user access, profiles adjustment and deactivation tasks for Learning platforms

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
