Role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure exceptional first impressions
- Provide VIP treatment to high-profile or repeat guests
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, concierge, and other teams for seamless service
- Oversee and mentor front office or guest service teams
- Implement guest satisfaction strategies and track feedback
- Promote hotel services, special offers, and loyalty programs
- Ensure all guest-related operations align with brand standards
- Uphold a professional image and positive atmosphere at all times

Monday to Tuesday
9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday
9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Friday to Sunday
9:30 am - 6:00 pm
