Role
Responsibilities
Community & Operations:
- Be present and approachable in the space, the go-to person for Hive members
- Make sure the space is stocked, clean, and functioning (coffee, water, supplies, tech, etc.)
- Greet new members, give tours, and help them integrate into the community
- Monitor space usage and report whats working and whats not
- Help create a warm, collaborative vibe
Events & Calendar Management:
- Keep the internal and public Hive calendars up to date
- Coordinate with event hosts, mentors, and partners to ensure nothing overlaps
- Be on-site during key events to support with logistics, setup, and good vibes
- Help brainstorm new event ideas that bring value to founders
Marketing & Content Creation:
- Be the voice and face of Founders Hive on social media
- Capture and create fun, high-energy, behind-the-scenes content
- Plan and post engaging Instagram stories, TikToks, Reels, and community highlights
- Interview founders, share wins, and create buzz-worthy content
- Work with the Cluj Startups team to align on tone and brand
You are Perfect for This If You:
- Love people and thrive in dynamic, creative spaces
- Are organised, proactive, and dont wait to be told what needs to be done
- Have experience running a space, office, or community (or just naturally take care of things!)
- Have a good eye for content and know what works on Instagram/TikTok
- Can write clearly and with personality (emails, captions, short intros)
- Are comfortable managing small details and big picture energy
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in a startup or NGO environment
- Have used Notion, Canva, Trello, or any community tools
- Can shoot and edit short videos (even on your phone!)
- Have hosted or helped organise events
