Role

Responsibilities

The financial internship offered by Tavex AB is a stepping stone to become the cash flow manager of the company. The cash flow manager is the heart of our company and all the C-suite of Tavex today has at some point in history worked as a cash flow manager!

Specific Results and Milestone checks

1. Quarter 1 (3-month mark)

Can serve customers in different business lines independently learning basics of Swedish language

1. Quarter 2 (6-month mark)

Swedish language A1

Clear understanding of Tavex business lines

Can serve as effective assistant and follow directions from cash flow manager

1. Quarter 3 (9-month mark)

With a good understanding of the business, can troubleshoot and support customer service personnel (in store/web shop) to serve customers effectively

Swedish language A2 with continuous learning and improving verbal communication being able to step into cash flow manager role for short periods of time

1. Quarter 4 (12-month mark)

With a clear understanding of the company, able to optimise companys cash flow to maximise profit

B1 level in Swedish language with focus on verbal communication

Contributing to interdepartmental meetings with sales, marketing to drive growth in Tavex business activities

1. 14months/ end of internship=new beginning

Ready to take the training wheels off and become the next cash flow manager of Tavex and unlock new levels of growth in your personal and professional life.

Who you are? (Expected Behaviour)

You should be/have

Self-motivated and fast learner (You have a CAN-DO attitude)

Fluency in written as well as spoken English is essential;

Prior knowledge of Swedish or Nordic languages is a plus;

openness and ability to learn B1 level Swedish language during internship is a MUST

Good mathematical skills!

Highly dependable

As a social, open, communicative, humble and ambitious individual, you know the importance of being a team player (AIESEC leadership position is a plus)

A growth/entrepreneurial mindset (personal and business)

A high-stress tolerance with ability to handle multiple tasks
