MANUFACTURING OF HAND OR MOTOR POWER-OPERATED LIFTING, CARRYING, LOADING OR UNLOADING MACHINES (CRANE PULLEY, LOAD ELEVATOR, WINCH, IRON WINDS, JACK, FORKLIFT, LIFTING AND CARRYING TOWERS, CRANES, MOVABLE LIFTING CAGES, ETC.
Role
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Client Meetings and Site Visits: Visiting potential or existing clients to understand their lifting needs and propose suitable crane solutions.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Creating technical and commercial proposals based on project requirements.
- Contract Negotiation: Participating in price and contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Order Coordination: Coordinating with production, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- After-Sales Support Coordination: Assisting clients after delivery by arranging maintenance, spare parts, or technical service when required.
- Participation in Trade Fairs and Exhibitions: Representing the company at industry events to promote products and network with potential partners.
- Digital Marketing Operations: Managing online campaigns, website updates, and social media content to enhance brand visibility.
- CRM and Reporting: Updating customer databases and generating sales performance reports for management.
- Market Feedback Collection: Gathering insights from customers and the market to support product development and business strategy.
