It was founded in 1950 by Robert Pierce as a service organization to provide care for children in Korea. In 1975, emergency and advocacy work was added to World Vision's objectives.
Role
Responsibilities
Support staff benefits administration (e.g. NHIF, NSSF, HELB, NITA)
Assist in maintaining personnel files and HR records
Support onboarding and off boarding of staff
Help organize HR workshops and internal communications
Assist with payroll documentation and leave tracking
Participate in HR audits and compliance reporting
Working hours
Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
