Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of compensation programs, including salary adjustments, long-term incentive (LTI) tracking, and participation in salary surveys.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support competitive compensation analysis.
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of internal compensation structures.
- Prepare and compile compensation-related reports and presentations for leadership review.
- Support the execution of the annual salary review process and other compensation cycle activities.
- Help draft and implement compensation policies and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation topics, offering clear and professional support.
