Role

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the day-to-day administration of compensation programs, including salary adjustments, long-term incentive (LTI) tracking, and participation in salary surveys.
  2. Conduct market research and benchmarking to support competitive compensation analysis.
  3. Contribute to the design and maintenance of internal compensation structures.
  4. Prepare and compile compensation-related reports and presentations for leadership review.
  5. Support the execution of the annual salary review process and other compensation cycle activities.
  6. Help draft and implement compensation policies and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
  7. Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation topics, offering clear and professional support.

  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis is a plus
