Responsibilities

Tasks:

  1. Assist with syncing tools and platforms with the CRM system.
  2. Clean and update customer records to ensure accuracy.
  3. Test CRM workflows and automation triggers.
  4. Support team members in using CRM features efficiently.
  5. Generate basic reports and dashboards from CRM data.

Working hours

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
