Role

Responsibilities
  1. Audit and map out existing operational workflows.
  2. Identify bottlenecks and areas for automation.
  3. Recommend and implement digital tools to streamline operations.
  4. Test workflow improvements with internal teams.
  5. Document updated processes and train relevant staff.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
