About Brain Symphony

We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to lead our online presence, grow our user community, and drive engagement across all major platforms. You’ll be the voice of Brain Symphony, managing our social media, coordinating beta testing programs, and building authentic relationships with users and fans.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Community Management

  •   Manage and schedule posts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and X
  •   Craft engaging, platform-specific content (posts, stories, shorts, polls, etc.)
  •   Respond to messages, comments, and discussions to keep the community active and positive
  •   Monitor trends and create relevant content aligned with our wellness and VR missionBeta Testing Coordination
  •   Recruit and onboard beta testers across platforms
  •   Organize testing sessions and feedback loops
  •   Communicate updates, bugs, and improvements to testers in a clear and motivating wayUser Engagement & Growth
  •   Develop campaigns to attract new users and maintain active community participation
  •   Coordinate giveaways, challenges, and Q&A sessions
  •   Work with the marketing team to align community activities with product launches and updates

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
