Indian Kitchen is a premium dining destination in Colombo, delivering authentic Indian culinary experiences fused with local Sri Lankan flavors. As we grow our presence, we are looking for a vibrant and dedicated Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our guest experience.

Role

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all guests warmly and professionally.
  • Ensure an exceptional dining experience through attentive and personalized guest service.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to understand their preferences, needs, and feedback.
  • Collect verbal and video testimonials from guests and coordinate with the marketing team for optimal use on social media and other digital platforms.
  • Upsell restaurant offerings (specials, signature dishes, beverages, desserts, etc.) to increase in-house revenue.
  • Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through genuine interactions and follow-ups.
  • Introduce the loyalty program and send a friend programs to guests and add more members.
  • Guest data with likes, dislikes, special occasions and so on to be collected and maintained for marketing purpose.
  • Encourage and record guest feedback using digital and manual systems; escalate concerns promptly to management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content using guest interactions and feedback.
  • Support the service team during busy hours with basic responsibilities (e.g., assisting with seating arrangements, coordination, and service support).
  • Maintain a pleasant, presentable, and professional appearance at all times.
