Role
Responsibilities
Desired Profile
- Review and validate documentation submitted by business departments to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct screening and analysis related to sanctions, adverse media (Negative News), and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
- Draft exception documentation and explanations for specific cases that deviate from standard procedures.
- Collaborate with Front Office teams to resolve documentation discrepancies and provide guidance.
- Update internal systems with newly processed customer data.
- Escalate any issues identified during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to the team leader promptly.
- Serve as a point of contact for KYC-related inquiries, offering advice and support to Front Office teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and documentation by providing feedback to team members.
- Develop basic project management skills by participating in process improvement initiatives and meeting key deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
