- Take full responsibility for inspecting and approving all items entering the warehouse, including raw

materials, outsourced components (e.g., glass, wood, furnace parts), accessories, and complementary

items.

- Verify that all incoming items meet the required specifications and quality standards before acceptance.

- Conduct quality checks at every stage of the production process to ensure no faulty or substandard

work progresses to the next step.

- Identify defects or deviations early and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant production

teams.

- Take full charge of inspecting all outsourced finished products purchased by the factory, including wood

products, aluminum components, and glass.

- Ensure outsourced items meet design, size, color, and finish standards before they are moved into

inventory or production.

- Prepare and submit a comprehensive weekly report including quality performance metrics for each

department, specifically evaluating finish quality, dimensional accuracy, and color consistency.

- Highlight trends, recurring issues, and propose corrective or preventive measures.
