Role
Responsibilities
-Assist in sourcing candidates through job platforms, social media,and Google searches
-Help screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
-Join and support interview sessions, take notes, and assist in
candidate evaluation
-Prepare job postings and help update recruitment tracking sheets.
-Assist in employer branding activities (e.g. social media posts,
career sharing sessions).
-Support onboarding documentation and filing tasks
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Source 160+ profiles, shortlist 40+
- Coordinate 50 interviews
- Join 30 interviews with documentation
- Draft 20 job ads and update trackers weekly
- Support 6 branding activities
- Process onboarding for 20 hires
- Actively participate in HR training and coaching

10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday
10:00 am - 2:00 pm
