Role
-Online-to-Offline Lead Conversion - Assist in replying to WhatsApp and social media inquiries, and learn how to use digital content and simple marketing tools to attract customers from online to the showroom.
-Quotation, Cross-Selling & Upselling - Support quotation
preparation under guidance and develop skills to introduce
product upgrades or add-on solutions based on customer lifestyle and preferences
-Showroom Maintenance & Display Management - Help maintain
showroom cleanliness and ensure product displays are well-organized and attractive to enhance walk-in experience.
-Sales Operations & AI Follow-Up - Assist in coordinating delivery
and installation schedules, while learning how to use AI tools and
simple tracking systems to follow up with leads and track customer footfall for future sales opportunities.
-Customer Service & Product Consultation - Learn how to
welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and
recommend suitable products (e.g. WC, taps, sinks) while building
trust through proper customer journey techniques.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Handle 120+ online inquiries; convert 30+ to visits
- Assist 200+ walk-in customers with consultation
- Prepare 60+ quotations; apply upselling in 10+ cases
- Maintain tidy showroom with weekly checks
- Support 40+ delivery/installation cases
- Use AI tools for 60+ customer follow-ups
