Role

Responsibilities
  • Has full knowledge of all products and is able to confidently give descriptions to a customer
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements
  • Is able to spot a sales opportunity to upsell products and service to existing or potential guests
  • Has a full understanding and can when asked explain the brand concept, history and vision
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure correct protocol and treatment is prepared and given to our high profile VIP guests
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times

Wednesday to Sunday

11:00 am - 8:00 pm
