Role

Responsibilities
  • Support in the continuous monitoring of industry trends and best practices in the field of Compensation & Benefits

  • Participation in conducting benchmarking to analyze and evaluate the competitiveness of internal compensation processes and programs

  • Participation in the execution of global cross-functional Compensation & Benefits processes, particularly the annual salary adjustment process for DHL Group

  • This includes gathering business requirements in consultation with divisional Compensation & Benefits specialists

  • This also includes consolidation of relevant market data, preparing analyses and calculating the financial impact of Compensation & Benefits budgets for management

  • This also includes supporting in the preparation of decision documents for management

  • Participation in projects and initiatives for the design, planning, and optimization of global cross-functional standardized Compensation & Benefits guidelines and processes for DHL Group
