Role

Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions (CRM, EDI).
  • Product Presentations & Technical Demos
  • Organize and conduct CRMconnect and EDIconnect demonstrations (online or in person).
  • Explain the benefits of our solutions and how they optimize business processes.
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • Engage with potential clients to understand internal processes and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare documentation and clearly communicate client requirements to the development team.
  • Customer Success & Project Management
  • Plan and coordinate implementation projects to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring efficient adoption of solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Share market feedback and client needs with the product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Contribute actively to the continuous development and improvement of CRMconnect and EDIconnect.
