Role
- Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the onboarding process
- Organize and schedule joining sessions and induction program for new hires
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance throughout their onboarding journey
- Maintain and update onboarding documents and materials
- Track onboarding progress and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Collect feedback from new hires and continuously improve the onboarding experience
- Develop and manage the full-cycle ACE program, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance tracking, and offboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define ACE roles, responsibilities, and project goals while being compliant with Hungarian Immigration Law Serve as the primary point of contact for ACE interns, addressing questions, concerns, and support needs
- Promote and do floor walks with the project teams for the open requirements along with business teams
- End-to-end buddy Programe management including monitoring and administration
