Role

Responsibilities

The intern will monitor the clients' experience during the financial, accounting and legal consulting services, mainly:

  1. Ensuring Day-to-Day Satisfaction and Problem Resolution.
  2. Building Trust and Loyalty.
  3. Providing Valuable Feedback and Insights.
  4. Supporting Onboarding and Adoption.
  5. Acting as a Seamless Extension of the KAM's Efforts.

Working hours

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
