This document outlines key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of a Graphic
Designer/Video Editor specializing in CapCut and Adobe Premiere during a two-month engagement. The
focus is on tangible output, visual quality, and the initial impact of creative assets for your medical
tourism company.
I. Content Production & Quality
These KPIs measure the volume and visual excellence of the creative assets produced.
1. Video Assets Produced (Short-Form):
Goal: Produce 10-15 short-form videos (15-60 seconds, ideal for Reels, TikT ok, YouTube Shorts) ready
for publication.
Measurement: Count of approved, finalized video files.
2. Long-Form Video Edits/Optimizations:
Goal: Edit or optimize 3-5 longer videos (2-5 minutes, for YouTube, Facebook, website
testimonials/explainers).
Measurement: Count of approved, finalized video files.
3. Static Graphic Assets Produced:
Goal: Create 15-20 static graphics (e.g., social media posts, website banners, carousel slides,
infographics).
Measurement: Count of approved, finalized image files.
4. Visual Quality & Brand Adherence:
Goal: All assets consistently meet established brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logos) and demonstrate
high visual appeal and professional editing.
Measurement: Qualitative review by marketing manager/stakeholders.
II. Efficiency & Workflow
These KPIs assess the designer's ability to manage tasks and collaborate effectively within the
timeframe.
1. Project Completion Rate:
Goal: Complete 90%+ of assigned design and video editing tasks within agreed deadlines.
Measurement: Track assigned vs. completed tasks on time.
2. Revision Cycles per Asset:
Goal: Maintain an average of 2 or fewer revision cycles per asset before final approval.
Measurement: Track iterations required for each project.
3. File Management & Organization:
Goal: All project files (source files, assets, exports) are organized logically and consistently within
designated shared platforms.
Measurement: Periodic review of file structure and accessibility.
III. Performance & Impact (Collaborative KPIs)
These KPIs gauge the impact of the creative assets, requiring collaboration with the marketing/social
media team.
1. Engagement Rate on Social Media:
Goal: Achieve an average engagement rate of 3-5% on social media posts featuring the designer's
videos/graphics.
Measurement: Social media platform analytics (likes, comments, shares, saves per post, divided by
reach/followers).
2. Video View-Through Rate (VTR) / Watch Time:
Goal: Achieve an average VTR of 30-50% for short-form and 20-30% for long-form videos produced.
Measurement: Social media platform video analytics / YouTube Analytics.
3. Website Conversion Rate:
Goal: Pages updated with new videos/graphics show a measurable increase in relevant conversion
actions (e.g., form submissions, WhatsApp clicks).
