Business Developer & Account Manager: 2-Month KPIs
The role focuses on establishing affiliate partnershlps, executing direct outreach campaigns (Email, SMS,
WhatsApp), and generating initial leads for your medical tourism company.
1. Affiliate Program Initiation & B2B Outreach
These KPis track the progress in building and initlating your affiliate network.
Measurement: SMS platform analytics.
4. WhatsApp Campaign Engagement:
Goal: Achieve an average Response Rate of 10% + for WhatsApp outreach.
Measurement: WhatsApp Business AP| analytics or manual tracking.
I . Lead Generation & Conversion (Early Indicators)
These KPis measure the immediate impact on lead generation.
1. Qualified Leads from Affiliates:
Goal: Generate 3-5 qualified leads directly referred by newly onboarded affiliates.
Measurement: Tracking system for affiliate-referred leads.
2. Qualified Leads from Direct Campaigns:
Goal: Generate 5-10 qualified leads directly from email, SMS, or WhatsApp campaigns.
Measurement: CRM/tracking system for campaign-attributed leads.
3. Initial Consultations Booked:
Goal: Facilitate the booking of 5-8 initial virtual consultations for generated leads.
Measurement: Confirmation of booked consultations.
V. Reporting & Analysis
1. Weekly Progress Reports:
Goal: Submit concise weekly reports detaling outreach activities, campaign performance, lead
generation progress, and identified challenges/opportunities.
Measurement: Timely submission and quality of reports.
1. Potential Affiliate Identification:
Goal: Identify and qualify 50-70 potential affiliate partners (e.g., travel agencies, health facilitators,
bloggers).
Measurement: Number of qualified prospects added to CRM.
2. Initial B2B Zoom Calls Conducted:
Goal: Conduct 20-30 initial introductory Zoom meetings with potential affiliates.
Measurement: Count of completed Zoom meetings.
3. Affiliate Agreements Initiated/Signed:

Goal: Achieve average Open Rate of 20%+ and Click-Through Rate (CTR) of 2-3%+.
Measurement: Email marketing platform analytics.
3. SMS Campaign Performance:
Goal: Achieve average Delivery Rate of 90%+ and CTR of 5% + (if links are used).
