Responsibilities

Master the functionalities of Teknisa products;

Perform product installation activities at Teknisa's clients, as well as execute system implementation projects, both at the headquarters and at the branch units of companies;

Provide technical training to Teknisa clients;

Offer internal training focused on skills development and refresher programs;

Ensure that clients are fully familiar with the use of Teknisa products;

Supervise and ensure the execution of implementation schedules;

Accurately and daily fill out the companys control forms;

Complete the forms defined by the project management methodology;

Update execution schedules when necessary;

Organize the department's routine based on quality procedures.
