Role

Responsibilities
  1. Language SMEs will be product trained; they will be processing few cases to ensure product knowledge is abreast
  2. Address language-related queries from agents in real time.
  3. Assist with translation challenges and provide clarifications on tone, context, and cultural nuances.
  4. Verify translations for accuracy and ensure they align with process standards and culture.
  5. Conduct Quality audits on case handling to assess language accuracy and process adherence.
  6. Identify trends, common errors, and areas needing improvement.
  7. Document audit findings for reporting and coaching purposes.
  8. Conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions based on audit findings.
  9. Conducting refresher training to address communication style, product knowledge, and tone.
  10. Provide targeted feedback to improve customer interactions in line with the culture.
  11. Share best practices and language tips to enhance performance, considering the cultural nuances
  12. Review and provide feedback on language translation accuracy and share opportunities for improving the translation in the tool
  13. Update and refine reference materials for continuous language enhancement.
  14. Attend calibration sessions with Quality teams and Operations.
  15. Participate in process updates and SME discussions.
  16. Document audit findings and maintain training materials for future reference.
