Role
Responsibilities
1. Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys, LTI management and salary adjustments.
2. Conduct market research to analyze competitive compensation trends.
3. Support the development and maintenance of compensation structures.
4. Assist in the preparation of compensation reports and presentations for management.
5. Participate in the annual salary review process and other compensation-related projects.
6. Provide support in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
7. Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation-related matters.

Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 6:00 pm
