The company acts as an event and marketing agency for the
Group, CSTS Enterprises Inc., is a sister company of long
standing TMC provider, Connexus Travel, and CSTS Technologies. Connexus Travel has more than 75 years of long-standing history and very first registered travel agency in Hong Kong. Along with CSTS Integrated Marketing and Technologies, the Group provides end-to-end services and technologies to the travel markets.
Role
Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and websites.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- PPC Management: Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media to maximize ROI.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences across various platforms.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics; generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in online marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML and web development is a plus.
