The company acts as an event and marketing agency for the Group CSTS Enterprises Inc., is a sister company of long-standing TMC provider, Connexus Travel, and CSTS Technologies. Connexus Travel has more than 75 years of long-standing history and is the very first registered travel agency in Hong Kong. Along with CSTS Integrated Marketing and Technologies, the Group provides end-to-end services and technologies to the travel markets.

Role

Responsibilities

*Candidates with background in MICE operation and travel industry are highly preferred.

  • Provide the best-in-class services for MICE inquiries and FIT customers, which include providing accurate quotations and reservations for flight bookings and hotel accommodations, as well as other related travel arrangements in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate visa requirements and application details at the time of reservation.
  • Utilise industry, product and destination knowledge to effectively and efficiently provide quotes and booking services to these travellers within SLA via email and phone.
  • Understand customers needs to propose the best alternatives with fare options and routing for customers at all times.
  • Contact local or overseas suppliers on travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Plan and conduct site inspections for potential venues for MICE business.
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers and other documentation.
  • Perform ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the senior and management.

*Requirements:*

  • Computer literate including working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in communication with a wide range of people
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Good time management, ability to prioritize work under pressure

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
