Role

Responsibilities
  • Tracking of project master schedule, including follow-up on execution w/ core team members.
  • Maintains and reports action register activities.
  • Releases MSRs and POs (Varies by Category and Region)
  • Tracking, maintenance and report of expenses and capital calendar
  • Gathers, organizes, processes, and communicates project data reports. obeya and presentations.
  • Prepares content for project meetings and integration events.
  • Tracking of Parts development and production readiness: Part supplier selected, Toolmaker selection, eCAR approvals, Tooling PO, Tooling initiated, Tool execution tracking, Tool release from toolmaker to molder, Tooling delivery to final supplier, Tool trials coordination, Tool arrival date, Drawing releases, Part & Assembly revisions, PPAP for Make and Buy parts.
  • Covers Project Leader absence when needed.
  • Plans and coordinates all activities related to project prototype buildings.
  • Operational stability on project execution to allow Project Leader to focus more on Stakeholder, Risk, change and People management.
